Injury Diagnosis
During an initial assessment the therapist will ask various questions and complete tests that will allow for a conclusion to be made to what may be contributing / causing the pain. During the initial assessment the therapist will provide suitable treatments and rehabilitation exercises.

Back / Neck Assessment
Similar to the injury assessment session the back and neck assessment will focus on injuries relating to the spine and structures that may be causing pain in the back / neck. After an assessment of movement and function the therapist will be able to complete treatments such as manipulations and spine re- alignment techniques.

Dry Needling
Dry needling utilises thin needles to alleviate tension and trigger points within the body. Accompanied with massage it will allow for tightness within the target areas to be reduced and the feeling of relaxation.
