I suffered with migraines for years and had a lot of neck stiffness before I came and saw Lewis at First Choice Therapy. During the initial session he made me feel at ease and started treatment straight away.
The amount of pain relief I had was amazing and after 3/4 sessions I no longer suffer from constant migraines.

Amazing. Lewis is a genius. In another world compared to those silly salon massages. I have Fibromyalgaia, hypermobilty and a bunch of other rubbish conditions; the amount of pain relief from my tailored massage was incredible.

Been to Lewis for a sports massage and dry needling. Brilliant experiences both of the times. The place is extremely clean and has a very professional environment. The treatments are amazing and he is very informative as to what he is doing and why. Fully recommend and will be back regularly!

Great little business just starting out. Can't see Lewis having to many problems making this work. He knows his stuff and not only does he understand what i need in regards treatment he is also very helpful with short notice bookings.
Lewis gave me my first pain-free hours in 10 days of acute pain. He is incredibly talented and knowledgeable in the area of injury, rehab and sports/ deep tissue massage.

Had a really bad lower back pain and stiff upper back. Lewis was able to fix it up. Given me great mobility and I'm pain-free. Would definitely recommend!
