First Choice Therapy is a clinic in Hampshire that offers a range of therapy related services to a wide range of clients. We can also send a therapist to your home upon request.

What We Do
At First Choice Therapy we deal with various injuries, pains and aches. We utilise various techniques and methods to get the best results for our clients. All of our treatment plans are personalised for what symptoms and problems a client present with. Commonly we help relieve clients with back and neck pain, sporting injuries, sciatica, shoulder pain, stiffness, strains and any soft tissue or joint damage.

Rosie
Rosie is a graduate sports therapist with a master's degree from the University of Chichester. She has both clinical and pitchside experience working in professional sports at Ospreys rugby club.
Lewis
Lewis is also a graduate of the University of Chichester. He Started the business back in 2020 after the first lockdown. He also currently works with Midhurst Football club providing rehab and pitchside care.
