Foam Roller Techniques 

In the last decade, self-myofascial release has become an increasingly common modality to supplement traditional methods of treating the soft tissue. One of the most common methods to release soft tissue structures at home is the use of a foam roller.  Day 5 will help you use a foam roller effectively  and efficiently.
