Improving Mobility - Lower Back

What Is Mobility?

Mobility can be described as the ability to move areas of the body effectively. Many sufferers of lower back pain can have a decreased mobility due to symptoms occurring at certain points of movement.

Why Increase Mobility? 

Evidence suggests that when mobility improves within individuals there is a direct correlation with a reduction in pain and symptoms. Gaining more mobility will also allow for effective and pain free rehab to be completed.

Basic Mobility 

Below are some basic mobility exercises that can often be completed free of pain. These exercises are great for regaining movement/mobility within the lower back whilst also reducing pressure on the vertebrae.
